First day of school! First day of school!

My first day of classes went well! I had Comparative Political Systems, and there are only 9 students in the class which is really great. Next was History of Nicaragua and Central America. It's a bigger class, and mostly underclassmen who talk a lot and make it difficult to understand the already-difficult-to-understand professor. I did meet 2 new friends in the class, though, Francis and another guy (can't remember his name now for the life of me!!!). Francis is 24 and really friendly. She told me that whenever I want to go do something or go out in Managua, to let her know and she'd show me around. Tomorrow night we might go to a bar called Hipa Hipa, although it's a tentative plan. I also am thinking of maybe going to a mid-week worship service in Spanish at a church called Hosanna. So we'll see! My last class of the day was 20-21st Century US/Latin American Relations, which I'm super excited about. It'll be a really interesting class and the professor seems awesome. Tomorrow I have International Economic Relations (in Spanish)...so we'll see how that goes, haha... Comparative Political Systems is my only class without Cristof or Valtteri, which I'm a little bummed about--I want to branch out and get some time with other people...
