So my international economic relations class was supposed to be 3 hours today. Instead, we waited for the professor for an hour, hanging out and talking, and finally just made a list of who was there and left! In the states, we usually give a 5 or 10 minute grace period for a prof. to be late. After 10 minutes (at most), everyone leaves. Here, nobody seemed to notice the prof's tardiness until like 40 minutes had passed!

Yep, that sounds about right (waiting for the prof for that long). Typical Central American way of doing things! lol
